Alexis earned her Masters degree in New York City while working as a counselor at South Beach Psychiatric Center. Upon graduation she established a private psychotherapy practice and also worked as a guidance counselor for special education children in elementary schools throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. After completing a decade of work with trauma as a clinician, she felt called to another field. Without knowing what it was and despite her tenured status with the NYC Department of Education, she resigned in her early thirties and moved to a rural environment. It was there that she explored the depths of her artistic ability and love of International travel. When feeling complete with this, she was Spirit lead to Energy Healing school where her gifts of intuition and clear communication with the Spirit realm were revealed.
